Ce processus lib\u00e8re \u00e9galement du <strong>dioxyg\u00e8ne (O\u2082)<\/strong> dans l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O\u00f9 se d\u00e9roule la photosynth\u00e8se ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La photosynth\u00e8se se d\u00e9roule dans des organites appel\u00e9s <strong>chloroplastes<\/strong>, pr\u00e9sents dans les cellules v\u00e9g\u00e9tales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"330\" height=\"318\" src=\"https:\/\/chateauegitim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9931\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chateauegitim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-2.png 330w, https:\/\/chateauegitim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-2-300x289.png 300w, https:\/\/chateauegitim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-2-12x12.png 12w, https:\/\/chateauegitim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-2-24x24.png 24w, https:\/\/chateauegitim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-2-36x36.png 36w, https:\/\/chateauegitim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-2-48x46.png 48w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 330px) 100vw, 330px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des chloroplastes se trouvent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>des <strong>thylako\u00efdes<\/strong>, riches en pigments et en prot\u00e9ines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le <strong>stroma<\/strong>, qui est le milieu liquide entourant les thylako\u00efdes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pigments comme <strong>la chlorophylle a<\/strong>, <strong>la chlorophylle b<\/strong> et les <strong>carot\u00e9no\u00efdes<\/strong> absorbent l\u2019\u00e9nergie lumineus<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les deux phases de la photosynth\u00e8se<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La photosynth\u00e8se comprend <strong>deux grandes phases<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. La phase photochimique (phase claire)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette phase <strong>d\u00e9pend de la lumi\u00e8re<\/strong> et se d\u00e9roule dans les <strong>thylako\u00efdes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La lumi\u00e8re est capt\u00e9e sous forme de <strong>photons<\/strong> par les pigments. L\u2019\u00e9nergie lumineuse est transform\u00e9e en <strong>\u00e9nergie chimique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes principaux se produisent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Transport des \u00e9lectrons<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les thylako\u00efdes, il existe deux syst\u00e8mes appel\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>photosyst\u00e8me II (PSII)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>photosyst\u00e8me I (PSI)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019un pigment absorbe un photon, il passe \u00e0 un <strong>\u00e9tat excit\u00e9<\/strong> et lib\u00e8re un <strong>\u00e9lectron<\/strong>.
